POSITION TITLE: Credit Operations Review

Job Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); good background or understanding of general banking functions; two or more years work experience with a financial service provider in a loan or credit related function is preferred: strong people skills and a pleasant/professional voice. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, projecting a friendly, courteous, patient and professional image at all times, even under adverse conditions. He/She must perform all functions in a very accurate manner, which will safeguard the bank's assets and will provide effective, error-free service to the customers. The incumbent must have experience with typewriters, personal computers, calculators, FAX machines, scanners and copy machines as well as spreadsheet and word processing software; knowledge of loan or credit terminology is helpful; must have an understanding of the bank's policies and procedures and Federal Regulations to ensure the efficient operation of the loan department; high degree of resourcefulness and accuracy is required; must strive for error-free work at all times.
Job Responsibilities: Include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Responsibility for the review and verification of the entries into our core system, reports, General Ledger accounts, imaging system, and exception tracking systems. It is also the Credit Operations Review team's responsibility to scan and index documents into the system and maintain the exception list and other tracking reports. This position will process incoming titles, insurance, and credit verification requests and record and maintain daily reports for filing and bill paying. The incumbent will also be responsible for the maintenance of all physical files and the collateral vault and the mailing of notices and statements. Verifying loan transactions, draws, holds, AFTs, ACHs, late fee waivers, file maintenance, credit life and A & H, and various entries are also responsibilities of this position.

Job Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); emphasis in banking/accounting would be beneficial; good telephone skills and interpersonal communication skills are a must; 10-key experience is necessary; Preferred working knowledge of the bank's products to service customers in the most efficient manner; Preferred knowledge of bank operations; must project a friendly, courteous, patient, and professional image at all times, even under adverse conditions; must perform all functions in a very accurate manner which will safeguard the bank's assets and will provide effective, error-free service to the customers; incumbent should have working knowledge in the use of a personal computer and FAX machine

Process all incoming and outgoing wire transfer requests; Maintain wire agreement files; Upload to the AS400 and process incoming ACH files twice daily; Maintain ACH origination files; Process ACH addenda information; Maintain Cash Management files and supporting documentation; process SEI Sweep applications; monitor OFAC for changes and update the AS400; process Online Banking and Bill Pay applications; answer telephone inquiries regarding wires, Online banking questions and access problems; process Fed EDI software (Fax and E-Mail info to customers regarding ACH transactions); Ordering Savings Bonds through the FedLine; Provide customer support for online banking, mobile banking, electronic banking and bill pay through customer phone calls, emails, and calls from branches; maintain all equipment in an efficient manner for proper functioning at all times; strive for proficiency and excellence in all phases of the job duties.
POSITION TITLE: Part-Time Bank Teller

HOURS: Varied Monday through Friday; 8 - 12 on Saturdays
Job Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with emphasis in banking/accounting would be beneficial; must project a friendly, courteous, patient, and professional image at all times, even under adverse conditions; must perform Teller functions in a very accurate manner which will safeguard the bank's assets and will provide effective, error-free service to the customers; the incumbent should have working knowledge in the use of a personal computer, calculator, teller machine, FAX machine, typewriter, and other business machines; must have excellent personal relations skills.
Job Responsibilities: Include the following: Other duties may be assigned. Receiving and processing deposits and withdrawals from customers including savings, checking, federal tax deposits, loan payments, etc.; cashing of checks, drafts, and bonds; setting up station daily including buying and selling of cash from the Vault Teller as required; assisting with handling of mail deposits and night deposits; performing Vault Teller functions as needed. This includes verification, buying and selling of cash for all Teller stations, daily opening and closing of the vault under supervision, and the preparation of daily CTR reports; selling money orders, cashiers' checks, travelers checks, EE Bonds; accepting and processing utility payments; daily balancing and handling of overages and shortages; processing cash advances on various credit cards; servicing and processing ATM machines; opening new accounts, processing check orders, closing and issuing Certificate of Deposits, providing customers the feeling of receiving personalized service; and striving for proficiency and excellence in all phases of the Teller operations.
