May only step up the Annual Percentage Yield once during the term of the CD. Withdrawals up to 50% of beginning balance may only be made once during the term of the CD. The $100,000 cap resets each time the CD renews. $500 to open and add to CD with a $100,000 on total additions for the term of the CD. Penalty for early withdrawal.
